demise,
dead and done.
My greatest enemy is the sun.
I'm not very dark, but I am quite bright.
I just don't very much like the sun's light.
I'm a creature of shadows, of darkness, of shade,
although ill will to many people this bades.
I'm a decent kid with a passionate heart.
Now if only I could find a girl with whom I can start
a good relationship, build on friendship and trust
(personally, a romantic soul is a must),
but that is unlikely, at least at this time,
which is why I have to settle with rhyme.
I want a girl who loves, who smiles and cares,
and doesn't mind people and their unbelieving stares
of envy and jealousy that I've found someone,
which will weigh on the other girls' hearts like a ton
of weight, maybe lead, and crush them, you see.
All anyone's done in the past is try to hurt me.
I've developed a lot, especially in mind,
and I have become wise, gentle and kind.
I have a message to tell, one that I'd like to send,
and the message is this: love the journey, not the end.
